6. Your data, business records, and compliance responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit through invoizzy, including invoices, business details, customer records, and product information. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, and display that data solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

7. Billing, subscriptions, and payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, plan limits, and billing terms are presented at checkout or within the app. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected plan.

Where recurring billing applies, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Third-party services and integrations

invoizzy may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, messaging services, customer support tools, or payment processors. Those third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

9. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, branding, content, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to invoizzy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

10. Service availability, changes, and support

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including features, limits, integrations, pricing, and availability, at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

invoizzy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, invoizzy and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, use, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount paid by you to invoizzy for the relevant paid service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless invoizzy and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, exposed us or others to liability, or misused the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable law, courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
